Joshua Curtis
Chief Executive Officer
Josh has honed his sales and leadership skills over the past decade as an elite individual salesperson and regional manager. Josh has spent the last five years focused specifically on solar and growing markets from the ground up for both national and regional solar companies. Josh is excited to combine his wealth of experience with a customer-centric mindset to bring solar to your home!
On the weekends, you’ll find Josh enjoying the outdoors, at church, and spending time with his family.
Kam Hau
Chief Operating Officer
Kam brings over 15 years of business operations experience to the TGE Solar family business. His experience includes sales, marketing, sales operations and business systems leadership. He loves nothing more than helping others to meet their goals. Kam is 100% focused on doing what is right for the customer each and every time.
In his free time, Kam is focused on enjoying every moment with his wife, Katie, and their three young girls.
Barry Allen
Regional Director
Barry joined the family business after retiring from a 15 year career as a First Responder. Barry combines vast experience in real estate, investments and sales to lead growth in new markets for TGE Solar. He believes your home is the best investment. Solar is a great addition to that investment.
When Barry comes up for air from his life in solar and real estate, he loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Larry Bowman
Chief Strategy Officer
Larry Bowman was born on the West Coast and spent most of his childhood going back and forth between California and Japan where his parents lived. A 2001 graduate of Lindhurst High School, Larry soon after joined the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Repair Specialist (Crew Chief) on KC-135 Aircraft. While enlisted in the armed services, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and attended graduate school at Liberty University. Larry and his Wife Rami live in Airway Heights, Washington and are the proud parents of 6 amazing children ranging in ages from 11 to 18 years old.

Mr. Bowman is the latest corporate officer hire with TGE Solar. As the Chief Strategy Officer, he will help lead the company in 3 core areas 1. Market data collection 2. Strategic planning, development & risk analysis 3. Business partnerships, divestments, and acquisitions. Additionally, Larry will also be assisting with the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging solar markets.
Before joining TGE Solar, Larry served in the United States Air Force until retiring in 2015. Since retirement, he has served as a planning commissioner for a local city before running for elected office. He has spent 6 years as a City Councilman and as of February of 2021, Larry was elected as the Mayor of The City of Airway Heights.
Larry has been pivotal in the development of multiple large municipal and government projects. This includes most recently the building of a $15 million recreation center and He was instrumental in the collaborative efforts between his city, Spokane County, Greater Spokane Inc, and a number of nonprofit housing developers to create a $24 million plus affordable housing project in Airway Heights to be able to move residents currently living in Fairchild Air Force Bases’ flight path restricted residential zone near the end of the Bases main runway.
Additionally, His experience in business spands over 20 years in a multitude of business markets and positions. In 2003 Larry started a landscaping company, He owned “The Coffee Corner” coffee shops from 2015-2021 and more recently was the CEO/Pricipal owner of PNW Solar Solutions. Larry and his wife also own a world renowned BMX bicycle manufacturing company and a screen printing and embroidery business.

Leslie Swartz
Marketing Director
Leslie has a passion and creative eye for all things photography, videography, and social media. Her professional career includes over a decade of customer service roles in the finance business where she excels at putting the customer first. Throughout her financial career, she continued to work as a photographer, taking family portraits, maternity photos, newborn, engagement, and a wedding or two.
She strongly believes in TGE Solar’s mission and values renewable energy for the sake of our planet and the financial freedom it can provide to those who invest in it. Her personal mission is to inform and share the ease, accessibility, and benefits of solar power.
Myles Roberts
Manager of Sales Development
Myles has been crafting his business development skills for the last 7 years as an individual contributor and leader of sales development teams at high-growth organizations. He has a strong passion for growing teams and coaching individuals to their fullest potential. He is in love with helping homeowners find a solution that works best for them, even if it means less profit for the company. On a daily basis, Myles reaffirms the customer-first approach that guides TGE Solar.
Outside of work, Myles is our resident chef! He enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends for elaborate taco nights. He is a phenomenal father to three little girls and is blessed to have married his best friend.
